I have created and currently maintain 3 Linkedin.com groups. Each group’s membership base consists of experts in their respective fields from locations across the globe. Invaluable discussions and powerful relationships are created through industry experts communicating in these groups. My goal is for these groups to grow in size and quality and to eventually produce something that can be shared with the world.
Fashion Asia was created Sep 10th, 2009 and as of Aug 30th, 2010 it's membership consists of over 2000 fashion professionals mostly throughout Asia and with more than 25 countries represented.
Fashion Asia is an exclusive organization made up of professionals in the Fashion Industry. Fashion Asia is the first group to be created on Linkedin with a focus on fashion professionals working in the Asia Pacific Region. FA limits membership to individuals that are working professionals in the fashion industry (Apparel, Luxury Goods, Jewelry, and Cosmetics), and in someway, connected to the APAC region. Fashion Asia's main purpose is to facilitate networking between members in the fashion industry, in and around Asia.
Fashion Asia shares market entry tips, best practices, techniques and strategies and just about anything related to doing business in the fashion industry in Asian markets. The Fashion Asia group consists of professionals from countries throughout the Asia Pacific region with most of its members working and residing in Japan, China, Korea, and Hong Kong. Fashion Asia also welcomes members outside of Asia (i.e. US, France, UK, and Italy) that have a vested interest in Asia or wish to enter the Asian market.
Global Traders is composed of professionals involved in international trade, sourcing, and buying. Members consist of international brokers, export/import agents, & export/import merchants as well as companies looking to move their product(s). Find the answer you seek in our friendly discussions.
Global Traders' membership is very international with heavy membership from areas of Asia, Europe, North America, and Africa. Our goal is to help professionals in international trade to get answers to their questions from experienced professionals as well as make connections that will lead to business opportunities.

APAC IT Professionals is a networking group made up of professionals in the IT industry that live and work in Asia Pacific. Our main purpose is to facilitate networking between members in the IT industry, in and around Asia.
APAC IT Professionals shares market entry tips, best practices, techniques and strategies and just about anything related to doing business in the IT industry in Asia. Our Linkedin group encourages discussions, debates, and the exchange of ideas surrounding information technology in Asia.
We also welcome members outside of Asia (i.e. US, France, UK, and Italy) that do work from time to time in Asia such as consulting or project management. Our group also welcomes those outside of the IT industry but that work with IT professionals. For example, construction managers and architects that design offices and retail space and work with IT project managers to build those spaces.
APAC IT Professionals long term goal is to establish itself in each country within the APAC region and to hold regularly scheduled social gatherings where professionals can exchange ideas and create business relationships. If you are looking for a global network of professionals to help you stay connected in the IT industry and assist with those questions/concerns of “how to enter this market”, or “what vendor offers this service”, and common practices in different countries, then this is the group for you.
Our group consists of professionals from countries throughout the Asia Pacific region with most of its members working and residing in Japan, China, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. We accept members from ALL of the countries that make up Asia Pacific and we hope to grow our membership numbers in countries outside of the six listed above! Just to name a few...Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Taiwan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines.
