About Me

I’ve held regional and global leadership roles at SoftBank Robotics, Deloitte, Fast Retailing (Uniqlo), Woven Planet (Toyota), and Abercrombie & Fitch. With more than 20 years of IT leadership experience across retail, fashion, technology, robotics, pharma/biotech, and manufacturing, I bring a unique global perspective shaped by 15+ years working in Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

My passion is transforming IT organizations into true strategic partners for the business—teams that not only keep the lights on but drive innovation, growth, and competitive advantage.

I advise CIOs, IT leaders, and executives in areas such as:

  • IT Strategy & Roadmaps – Business-aligned, actionable strategies that deliver results
  • Organizational Design – Building and scaling high-performing IT teams
  • M&A IT Strategy & Integration – Ensuring seamless post-merger technology execution
  • Program & Change Management – Driving adoption and measurable business outcomes
  • Technology & Vendor Strategy – Solution selection, vendor optimization, and partnerships
  • Global Expansion – Market entry strategies and scalable IT operating models

The right IT strategy is essential for every business. Without it, even strong IT teams can drift into “maintenance mode”—frustrated users, aging systems, and low morale. With it, IT becomes a driver of business growth, innovation, and employee engagement.

Great IT leadership is about more than technology. It requires a leader who can combine vision with execution, communicate in both business and technical language, and build trust across the organization.

Over the years, I’ve helped companies clean up what I call “Frankenstein IT” environments—systems stitched together without strategy, leaving organizations with costly, underused, and overly complex solutions.

Through IT strategy workshops, roadmap planning, and risk/opportunity assessments, I partner with business and IT leaders to:

  • Define a clear IT vision aligned to business objectives
  • Identify organizational strengths, gaps, and risks
  • Apply proven frameworks (like OGSM: Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures) to focus teams on what matters most

Once the strategy is set, the real challenge is execution. That’s where recruiting and developing top IT talent, managing partners effectively, and upgrading/retiring systems all come into play.

IT transformations succeed only when project management and change management are strong. Too often, organizations lack a PMO or experienced change leaders, leading to over-budget, under-delivered projects and frustrated business users.

I help companies put the right governance, processes, and leadership in place—so IT is seen not as a cost center, but as a trusted enabler of the business.

Whether you need help defining your IT strategy or executing it, I can help your organization move from firefighting and “keeping the lights on” to delivering true innovation and business value.
